The Clippers have been on a roll lately, winning seven out of their last eight games and 14 of their last 17, demonstrating their resurgence in the competitive Western Conference landscape. Despite nursing a left knee contusion, which had sidelined him during a challenging stretch for the team, Leonard played a crucial role, particularly in the fourth quarter, where he didn’t shy away from making impactful plays.
As for the Lakers, LeBron James struggled a bit, only contributing four points, but Luka Doncic was a standout with 32 points, 11 rebounds, and eight assists. During a critical phase of the game, Doncic hit a three-pointer that sparked a 19-7 run, drawing the Lakers within two points of the Clippers.
