They have been charged with assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon, with the female youth and Isayev also facing an additional charge of mischief interfere with property. Chief Supt. Katherine Stephenson emphasized that these incidents were not random but deliberate acts targeting the Jewish community, suggesting a coordinated effort.
