World Junior Record Holder Mizuki Hirai Has Arrived At Tennessee
The swimming world is abuzz with the arrival of Mizuki Hirai, the World Junior Record holder in the LCM girls 100 butterfly, at the University of Tennessee. Hirai, a talented swimmer from Japan, has joined the Lady Vols for the spring semester, marking a significant addition to the team. The Lady Vols are currently ranked 9th in the Swimulator scoring for the 2026 NCAA Championships. The team's 200 medley relay is in 12th place, and the 400 medley relay is 11th. Brown's exceptional performance, with a 52.16 split on the fly leg, contributed to the team's fastest 400 medley relay this season. Notably, a time of 51.53 is required to score in the 100 fly.
